A trade processing leader was rushing to meet the T+1 Settlement regulatory deadline in the US. They were facing the pressure of implementing rapid resolutions for trade breaks to avoid an increase in trade fails that could result in operational inefficiencies, as well as capital and reputational impacts
The solution
We created a probabilistic scoring and categorization model that could predict trade fails at multiple points in the trade lifecycle and then recommend the necessary break resolutions directly to Operations Analysts through their current workflow.
